 Voting in favor of removing Ubuntu from the test matrix.

 The web2 nonsense also seems to demand a lot more resources on the client
 side. On several occasions, I've had Firefox coming to a crawl or crashing
 when GH Actions page was in action in an open tab. It is not particularly
 good use of CPU, since logs are hardly usable during and after all that
 action.

 Would Ubuntu packaging and integration tests stay on !GitHub Actions?
