 It would be nice to have a development roadmap for Tahoe-LAFS.  In fact,
 there is at least part of one which has been produced through discussion
 by the currently active contributors.  However, it is mostly only present
 in the notes for project governance meetings.

 Instead, it should be easy for someone new to the project to find a single
 canonical document from one of the obvious project documentation
 entrypoints.
