 When Tor integration tests run on Ubuntu 22.04 with apt-get installed
 version of tor, Tor seems to segfault. The integration test then just runs
 forever.

 We're using old version of Chutney; code location has changed and is now
 here: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/core/chutney

 Newer Chutney did not fix the issue, though.

 https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tor has no bugs listed.

 Newer versions of Ubuntu have newer version of Tor...
