 * Some JSON examples use Python unicode string literal syntax
 * Some example responses are missing the required body
 * Some example requests use query arguments where a `Range` header is
 required instead

 There are some other very minor issues like lack of missing links where
 they would help a reader's understanding and a note about `PATCH` use
 seeming to be a little further from the relevant text than necessary.
