 The Dockerfiles are both unmaintained.  They do not produce usable images
 in their current state (eg, having a Python 2.7 dependency) but it is also
 unclear what the purpose of the images they once produced was.

 It may be useful for the project to provide Docker images but first it
 should be made clear what the images are _for_.

 Meanwhile, the Dockerfiles are attractive nuisances that distract from
 answering that question.

 So, remove them.
