 If grid-manager ever lands, there is a comment in ``client.py`` (around
 line 863 in ``init_storage``) pointing out: if grid-manager is enabled,
 the user may have configured a certificate that is expired (or has become
 expired since they added it) and then may be confused as to why their
 storage-server is not being used by clients.

 The software should warn the user if they've configured any expired
 certificates.
