 Ticket:3921 introduced a new behavior for `tahoe run` where the process
 will immediately exit when stdin is closed.

 Sometimes it is hard to have a stdin at all - for example, when running
 the process using systemd.  In these cases, the feature isn't useful
 anyway because systemd will make sure the process exits at the right time.

 There should be some manual override to disable this behavior when it
 isn't desired.
