 I can add an "Additional SSH Key" to CircleCI.  If we do that, I think we
 will also need to add an `add_ssh_key` step before each `checkout` step in
 our `.circleci/config.yml`.  And then the someone who gives me the key
 will have to add the key to !GitHub repository settings also (at
 https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/settings/keys/new presumably.)

 We have ten `checkout` steps, so this is making me uncomfortable. :-)

 It sounds like it might be much easier for someone with !GitHub org admin
 right to install that darned "CircleCI !GitHub App" before we go through
 the more involved steps?

 I am going to try asking in CircleCI forums.
