 I do have org-admin on "tahoe-lafs" however the github account that has
 that permission is "meejah" and I am not authorizing it for use with
 CircleCI because they ask for way too many permissions (write access to
 all public, private and org repositories).

 I also have a "meejahcircleci" GitHub account, but it does not have org-
 admin. I tried following the either of the steps above, but they all start
 with "log in to your CircleCI account" so I do not believe they will
 succeed.
