 As stated in [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-
 lafs/pull/1409#issuecomment-2539969267 PR#1409] and later detailed on IRC:

 My reading of ticket:4143 is about updating the images, not reworking the
 dependencies introduced by the hatchling [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs
 /tahoe-lafs/pull/1395 PR#1395].

 If we want to do that: please create a ticket or use ticket:4133
