 The user story behind this task is:

 As a contributor, I'd like to be able to report wherever a maintainer does
 not follow or enforce the Code of Conduct to someone else than this
 maintainer.

 I know for sure that the first email (JP) no longer exists.
 And I had not reaction from the 3rd one (MAy-Lee).

 Today, it seems like only Meejah can be contacted for conduct issue.
