 Since PyPI has deleted all references to signatures, and now actively
 rejects new ones, it could be good to put all existing signatures into Git
 (and update the release procedures as well) so that they're easily
 available.

 (At least, I don't know a better place to put them ... they are also in
 https://tahoe-lafs.org/downloads/ I suppose, but that's just one machine)
