 [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/pull/1245 PR 1245] added support
 for creating mutable objects with user-supplied RSA keys. It would be
 useful to extend this functionality to also support the creation of
 ''directory'' capabilities with user-supplied RSA keys (for the same
 reasons outlined in #3962).
