 The step 3 described above is still pending on `asynchronous workaround
 with Meejah`, which has been requested a month ago (16th of July) via
 #4183.

 Meanwhile, I've prepared some work of step 5:

 - SSO providers configuration
   - !GitHub
   - !CodeBerg
   - !GitLab
 - migration of some users of Trac:
   - btlogy (me)
   - hacklschorsch
   - cypher
   - meejah

 I'm preparing a script to populate the rest of them.
