 The infrastructure does not seem ready for a switchover even now, let
 alone 6 weeks ago. No tahoe-lafs content is on the existing instance. You
 also said not to do anything until after August 10 as you were on holiday.

 What that means: if I switch it over right now (or last week, or the weeks
 you were on vacation) as specified then none of the bug-tracker would be
 available to anyone.
