 Replying to #4162:comment#31 which seems to be related to this ticket:

 It was ready according to the migration plan when the request was created.
 This was just a major step of the whole plan.

 > No tahoe-lafs content is on the existing instance.

 As described in the title, the description and the comments of this
 ticket: the web-landing-page was ready.
 The rest of the "tahoe-lafs" content was not in the scope of this ticket.

 > You also said not to do anything until after August 10 as you were on
 holiday.

 Wrong. As described in the comment:2 the question was "when will he be
 able to execute". Meejah could have proposed some dates from the
 beginning, which was the ask here.

 > What that means: if I switch it over right now (or last week, or the
 weeks you were on vacation) as specified then none of the bug-tracker
 would be available to anyone.

 That was the whole point of the request to Meejah: a date so we can alter
 the DNS and the server configuration to keep the bug-tracker available.
 See the description.

 This was a simple request, no a discussion. A ticket seems to be the right
 place for that.
