 The requirements were explicitly mentioning that the solution had to be
 "self-hostable".
 And self-hosting the replacement of Trac, even if temporarily, was
 explicitly described in the deliverables communicated long ago.

 If there is a wider goal to "get off self-hosting", then I suggest we
 create an other issue to handle that. Because even if the components
 covered by the current issue ends up managed by elsewhere (SaaS), there
 will still be some pieces left self-hosted on the Linode server.
