The multiple introducer/no introducer patch (`#68`_) will use yaml for its
syntax.  It will be included in 1.10.3 if it is completed before zetuptoolz
removal (`#1582`_).

Brian commented on a Nevow change which will affect Twisted. We will be
tracking this issue in ticket (`#2732`_)

Daira worked on the Windows packaging. There is still ongoing discussion whether
to include the zetuptools bug (`#1582`_) in the 1.10.3 release. Brian and Daira
discussed the usage of Tox to handle the testing of Tahoe-LAFS code.
