I was thinking that the next goal should be 40. We should eventually be
able to achieve something approximating geometric expansion as our social
network (actual people knowing actual people) grows exponentially.

I know that we've never discussed this, but here are the numbers that
represent what I had in mind:
Phase 1: 20
Phase 2: 40
Phase 3: 80
