[volunteergrid2-l] Lease expiration

We decided to set the lease expiration to one year, with the idea that we
might want to revisit that decision later. I think we may want to revisit
it now, for three reasons. The first reason is that I suspect Marco
Tedaldi's node may actually have some space available if it's allowed to
expire leases. The second is that some of our other nodes are now over
half full, and at the rate we're adding data (should it continue as it
has), there's a chance some more of them could fill up within the next
three months. The third is that now that we've gotten the grid up to the
size I always wanted it to be, I'm considering re-uploading a bunch of my
files, and allowing all the old shares to fade away (to do this I'll change
my convergence secret and blow away my backupdb, then run a regular backup).
So... is everyone doing periodic lease renewals? I do a weekly repair and
renew cycle, though I'm thinking about changing it to bi-weekly. What do
you guys think about lowering the lease expiration to 60 days.
