So what numbers do I put into the shares.whatever?
I don't do well with relative terms, such as 'less' and 'more.'

I'd like some numbers.

 29 # What encoding parameters should this client use for uploads?
 30 shares.needed = 11
 31 shares.happy = 13
 32 shares.total = 17

Is this even reasonable?   By the way, I like prime numbers.. :-)
