[volunteergrid2-l] bender was rebooted / PLUS : lease duration setting discussion

Uhm, I brought this up a month or so ago and was told everyone already 
agreed to change the lease duration to 90 days.  I thought I somehow had 
missed it.  At that time I went ahead and changed my duration to 90 
days.  Based on the date of tahoe.cfg, that was July 13.  I doubt I 
changed anything since then.
