[volunteergrid2-l] Custom alternative

Hey - VG2 was a cool thing while it lasted - so thanks again to 
everybody who contributed!

I will be shutting my node and the stats gatherer within the next month.


Now that VG2 essentially dead, I'm facing my original problem again: how 
can I backup my data?

I guess that the best solution is an individual one, maybe with someone 
on this list :)

So without further ado, here we go:

What I need:
- a backup solution for the server of a Students' Club (NGO)
- current data volume 77 GB (max. 500 GB, thats's the HD size ;))
- infrequent changes - on average, only a few MB/day for emails.
- support for rsync or rdiff (or similar)

What I can offer in return:
- well-connected (1000baseT-FD) host, online 24/7
- up to 1 TB of storage for your data
- Linux shell account
