Description

GBS uses the SPKI hash of the server's certificate as the self-authentication mechanism for NURLs.

The calculation of this hash must remain stable and consistent over time. Add some test vectors to try to catch any changes before they make it in.

Description

This is the start #3955.

Features:

  1. Spin up backend cluster, configurable, of N nodes.
  2. Spin up client node with required shares == N.
  3. Run tahoe get/put of one scenario (single tiny file) measuring first upload and then download. There should be infrastructure to support multiple scenarios.

If that's small enough branch, maybe add a couple more scenarios (large file, 1000 files in 100 directories).
