1031	support Win64 with MinGW compiler	zooko	freestorm	David Triendl -- soultcer -- has set up a buildslave that runs Win64 and has no C/C++ compiler. Samuel Neves has provided binary eggs of pycryptopp and zfec (and [http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/pycryptopp/ticket/37 a patch] to fix the build of pycryptopp on Win64). Next we need a binary egg of pyOpenSSL for Win64.
