To handle this Zooko does the following:

1. contact the volunteer buildslave owner
    * tell that owner we no longer wish to support the platform
    * ask the owner if they'd volunteer to support a different (newer?) platform
2. reconfigure the buildmaster to _not_ order the unsupported platform builds, and perhaps to support the new platform
