Detect RFC1918/invalid addresses somehow

Description

Storage nodes can be configured without global addresses. They will connect to other storage nodes with real addresses, but non-storage clients cannot connect to them. So somehow this situation should be detected and avoided.

A suggestion is to have the introducer connect to a node at its advertised address and only accept the advertisement if that succeeds.
