[tahoe-dev] release plan for tahoe v0.7.0 -- ASAP

Folks:

Brian wrote unit tests for downloading mutable files and found a bug  
therein, in which a file fails to download sometimes when it should  
succeed, if I understood correctly.

Also I learned that the task of creating new-style directories and  
removing the source code for old-style directories (ticket #115) is  
bigger than I thought.

Finally, work has gotten very interesting and time-consuming this  
week, so I don't know when I'm going to have time to finish Milestone  
0.7.

Feel free to help!  Jump in on ticket #208, for example, or #209, or  
go ahead and start on the many bite-sized pieces in Milestone 0.7.1.
