Folks:

Brian has recently implemented automated measurement of upload/ 
download speed.  See the "speed-DSL" and "speed-colo" columns on the  
buildbot:

Now I thought that he had gone ahead and made a munin graph of the  
results, but if so then I can't find it.  Brian: is there already  
munin graphs for the speed measurements?

I would like to mention such measurements and point to the results  
thereof in the v0.6 release announcement, which I am otherwise ready  
to send out.
