Not yet.. that's on my task list for today.

I'm also going to see about using nttcp or some other tool to automatically
measure the link speed before the tahoe run, and then express throughput as
both absolute bytes-per-second and as a percentage of link speed. At the
moment on a home DSL line, we're something like 10% slower than link speed,
which I'd like to fix (but after the 0.6 release). In colo on a really fast
link, we're limited by CPU or disk speed or something, and we can download at
about 4.5MBps, and upload at 3/10ths that rate (k/N).
