Okay, now I went ahead and opened a new ticket on Launchpad requesting
Tahoe-LAFS v1.8.0 to be packaged for Ubuntu. :-)

Paul and I have plans to more completely automate the packaging and
the tests of packaging so that packaging future versions of Tahoe-LAFS
for Ubuntu will be, well, automatic.
