Thank you very much for your input.

I agree with you to build on top the existing foundation, e.g. not
ignoring the tahoe.cfg's furl.

We are looking forward to accepting such expert comments. Probably we
can wait a moment to see what other experts think about this issue.

I think the config file name should also be named something like
"introducers.cfg" same as tahoe.cfg.
