Hi Peter,

Thank you for the link.  I found the -itech branch at 
http://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-w32-client-itech/  I'll drop that one 
and grab the trunk.  I did manage to get past that python error, only to 
encounter another python error :)  Small steps, I suppose.

I did notice the open-source Duplicati backup software supports Tahoe as a 
backup target.  Very neat.  I'll be testing that this week to backup a 
Windows web server.
