Thank you for this link. Actually, I did not check every dependency, I
was confident in the Debian ITP which says that zfec is the only missing
package.

Debian Sid seems to have already an up-to-date python-foolscap 0.6.1
<http://packages.debian.org/sid/python-foolscap>. Do you have a
particular problem with this package ?
