[tahoe-dev] please help me.i can't set up Tahoe-LAFS

 Dear sir,
 I want to set up Tahoe-LAFS on my OS(windows xp).After i run  " python setup.py build " ,the terminal is stop on the dialog.

  Can you help me?
In addition,it takes me about  1 hour to installate the soft due to downloading slowly. I want to konw if Tahoe can be  installated offline?
