We're going to try using using a G+ hangout. To join that, go to
<https://plus.google.com/u/0/108983078988421480963/posts/JAbwujNdbJ5>
and click Hang out.
A hangout is limited to 10 people. If you haven't used one before,
I suggest going to <https://plus.google.com/hangouts> in advance to
install the plugin (it supports Linux, OS X or Windows on Firefox,
Chrome, IE or Safari), and to make sure your microphone is working.
We'll start at about 18:00 UTC.
We can also take notes at <http://leastauthority.titanpad.com/40>,
which is publically editable, and use the #tahoe-lafs IRC channel
on freenode.
