[tahoe-dev] Any solution to see how healthy is the grid?

I don't believe this exists right now.
https://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/ticket/648 has some details about
work that has been done.

Also, there is some information about a stats-gatherer, but I have never
used it and don't know if it would batch this need. It might be worth it to
investigate.
