[tahoe-dev] Public Grid Upgrade

I am planning on upgrading the Public Grid's introducer to 1.10.0 very
soon. There will likely be a downtime on Saturday (2013/06/01) to
accommodate this.

Please note that while all files should stored in the Public Grid should be
unaffected, you may want to take a backup of any files you care about
before then.
