Hi!
The second. Bitcloud will be an escrow system too.
We are using Bitcoin escrow capabilities to distribute the decission of
escrow between gateways.
Other possible solution is let the escrow functionality to Ethereum, as
we plan to use it for the base of future DAOs like Wetube.

Yes, exactly.
The design is being discused in github and/or in the forums. One of the
reasons to contact this list is for asking help to design the system,
taking in count that you have already the experience in this kind of
projects.
For the management, I'm acting as the coordinator, integrating the ideas
from the different thinkers.

The economic model is simple: we are a protocol, so there is really no
business here.
But, we want to release Wetube, which is going to be a media provider
(like Youtube) and will be using Bitcloud as the base for storage. Other
DAOs will be possible, like for example BoxDAO, a replacement for Dropbox.

The integration is to allow Bitcloud and/or Ethereum to manage the
escrow. So Bitcloud really doesn't have a blockchain in that sense, as
we relay on external coins.
Thanks for you interest, any more questions are welcomed.
Javier.
