It is a public grid and, at the same time, there will be independent
grids to guarantee paid storage.
We call the public grid the "unmoderated" area, where everyone can
upload content. Appart from that, the moderation of paid grids will be
granted to the publishers paying for that.
Publishers will be like "webmasters", they will have their own interface
to control the grids they have paid for.
All of this will be managed by CAs. Publishers and gateways will be CAs
in their own.
Gateways will controll access and QoS of the storage nodes, and
publishers will control grids attached to them.
