agenda for tomorrow's devchat

We've got a devchat scheduled in about 8.5 hours from now. I've landed a
lot of Tor/I2P work in the last few days, and I think we might be able
to get proper client-side support (and manual server setup) into the
next release.

I've written up a list of stuff I'd like to discuss on the WeeklyMeeting

  --port/--location/--hostname)
* #2815 (document manual config of .onion server)
* at what point can we close #517?
* multi-introducer: can we just use tahoe.cfg introducer.petname1.furl=?
* #68 (introless): can we just omit introducer.furl= ?
* check in with Daira on status of cloud-backend branch

And in the second hour (where we switch from Nuts And Bolts to more
long-term science-y discussion):

* Science Hour: agoric-mode tahoe grid: minimum BTC/ETH txn fees limits
  number of payment relationships: discuss

The devchat will be on Google Hangouts at about 9am pacific time (1600
UTC). The URL will be posted to IRC when the devchat begins.
