1. github buildbot work by exarkun

   - removes branch & change filter


   - builds any change received, unless limited somewhere in the code (e.g.
   list of users)


   - potential downside: bulding all pushes, not just PRs -> increased
   workload?


   - exarkun merges it after signoff by meejah and flupke


2. hooking up new buildslave

   - flupke has a FreeBSD box around -> use as a buildslave?


   - any added benefits?


   - flupke does the setup, exarkun will supply the secrets


3. tahoe backup

   - Should we encourage people to use something else?

   - Other people are doing the work of making a polished backup product


   - Let them focus on that part


   - point users to there backup options in documentation


4. timeline for release

   - what has to happen to push shiny things?


   - only brian can do this right now -> key signging only hard dependency?


   - release notes have to be done


   - Read the git log, summarize for end-users


   - create a ticket to track all work to be done -> checklist for future
   releases
