 True, but there's little point in changing the requirement to {{{< 3.6.3,
 > 3.6.4}}}, and then changing it back to essentially what is in
 [attachment:relax-zope-interface-requirement.darcs.patch]. If we're going
 to do the latter then we might as well do it now.

 Note that there is no way to express a constraint "{{{(version >= x and
 version < y) or version >= z}}}" directly, other than by listing the
 versions from x to y.
