 In my opinion we should not try to address #1452 for Tahoe-LAFS v1.9. I
 think we should commit a patch that fixes this ticket (working-around the
 incompatibility between {{{zope.interface}}} and {{{Nevow}}}), but which
 does ''not'' change our current policy of loose version requirements, and
 save that latter discussion for after v1.9.

 Note that this is has immediate practical consequences--Brian was annoyed
 and delayed recently when working on the train because an earlier patch on
 this ticket had tightened the requirements of {{{zope.interface}}} beyond
 what it needed to. (Brian had an older, but perfectly functional, version
 of {{{zope.interface}}} installed.)
