 -0 from me -- I would rather suppress the warning the way
 [20110116200112-93fa1-0397f85493a9fd0ae82ce58d7291d598a4f6e2d6]/ticket1306
 attempts to do or change the test to tolerate the noise than raise the
 dependency requirement. But, it is just a -0. If you prefer it, go ahead.
