 One really good thing about having the docs stored in revision control is
 that the version of the docs that you get matches the version of the
 source code. But that doesn't apply to [source:docs/proposed/], which is
 about possible futures rather than about the current source code. Much of
 the contents of {{{docs/proposed}}} has been obsoleted by new ideas that
 have been developed on the wiki. Let's move the contents of
 {{{docs/proposed}}} to the wiki and put a forwarding links into the files
 in {{{docs/proposed}}}.
