 When building the bundled copy of Crypto++, we should just disable ASM
 always. This will result in a performance penalty on platforms that
 formerly were able to use the asm implementation, but it would also avoid
 occasional weird bugs (most recently #84) and would make it easier for us
 (especially me, who doesn't really know ASM) to understand what it is
 doing.
