 I think the easiest solution to this problem would be to use travis. It
 already has great Github integration and setting it up would require a
 configuration file. We also wouldn't have to worry about the potential
 security risk. Buildbot could still do all of the platform and package
 testing when something is merged to master, but travis would save us time
 when reviewing pull requests.
