 In the dev meeting zooko suggested an anonymize flag that would instead of
 having a blank tub.location. The anonymize flag would ensure that
 sensitive information like IP addresses are not broadcast. Having a blank
 tub.location value would be confused with auto detected location. Perhaps
 using keywords like "auto" could be used to indicate auto configured
 address with that behavior being default.
