Comment:

 On this branch (https://github.com/markberger/tahoe-lafs/tree/2015-high-
 fd-usage) there is a patch by daira which fixes the problem that caused
 the tests to fail. I've also added a unit test for this ticket which
 ensures that the database connection and the cursor are closed when the
 service stops.
